Role: Program Manager Assistant at Top Bitcoin Pre-Accelerator

Location: Remote

Time zone: Pacific Coast Time

Bitcoin Startup Lab became the leading pre-accelerator in the global Bitcoin economy by doing the hard thing in 2022 & 2023, when no other pre-accelerators were present in the ecosystem, enabling idea-stage founders to build investment-ready startups. Bitcoin Startup Lab bridges the gap between idea-stage founders and pre-seed investors & accelerators. We empower founders to form teams and build investment-ready startups with our services of co-founder matching, scientific startup program to get to investment ready in record time, and largest network in Bitcoin of accelerators and pre-seed investors.

Thus far 100% of our graduating startups have achieved pre-seed funding when they take our pre-accelerator program with a following accelerator program. Compare this to only 10% - 33% funding rate for startups that jump straight into an accelerator without taking our program first.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager Assistant

Responsible for delivering on the following:

Key Objective: Maximizing qualified startup teams that are able to raise pre-seed capital and apply into accelerator programs
UI/UX:Enhancing the startup program user experience. Creating organized systems where founders can access course materials and collaborate to build an investment ready company
Scheduling: Directly scheduling speakers who are industry leaders, founders, and investors,
Social Posting: Scheduling and posting social media content from our cohort
User Feedback: Responsible for collecting feedback from founders and mentors on how to improve the user experience.
Community Service: Making sure our internal community members (founders) get the support they need to succeed.
Global Leader Attitude: We are leading globally and we work hard to grow our lead through innovating ever better services & products to empower founders to build investment-ready startups. Marketing & Recruitment Collaboration

- Provide the marketing department with news about program highlights & anything special that can be used for marketing and recruitment.

Qualifications

Either worked at or participated in a startup program, incubator, or accelerator. (Bonus points if you've tried a startup.)
Highly organized and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Proven ability to maintain relationships with successful founders and investors.
Proven ability to drive results and propose and implement upgrades
Ability to see the big picture as well as have an eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
