- Vehicle Deals: Play a critical role in our sales operations by posting vehicle deals, including new, used, wholesale, dealer trades, and fleet transactions.
- Factory Program Money: Reconcile all factory program money schedules to vehicle sales, ensuring the financial health of our organization.
- Invoicing Expertise: Post vehicle invoices into CDK, making sure all financial transactions are accounted for.
- Commission Calculations: Calculate commissions to be paid accurately
- Sales Support: Maintain sales-related schedules to help our team track their progress and success.
- Financial Statements : Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements through the reconciliation of various accounts, providing a clear picture of our financial performance.
- Auditor Support: Assist in preparing fiscal year-end working papers for auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process.
- Experience Matters: This is not your first accounting rodeo We're looking for an experienced accountant, preferably with prior experience at a dealership (CDK experience is a major asset).
- Excel Wizard: You are the Yoda of Excel. Creating detailed spreadsheets is second nature to you.
