    POSITION

    We are seeking a passionate Design Services Manager with a well-rounded skillset including leadership experience as well as a background in design and website production. If you are selected to join our team, you will inspire and mentor our talented team of web designers and project coordinators who are committed to creating high quality websites and customer experiences.

    As our Design Service Manager, you will rely on your technical and leadership experience to steer the team towards timely project launches, as well as adherence to modern coding and design principles. You will also be responsible for working closely with our designers to hone our overall design aesthetic and ensure that our websites set the standard for excellence in our industry.

    This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, willing to take ownership, and is eager to make an impact within our business.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing our team of web designers and project coordinators.
  • Delegation of duties among the team.
  • Building professional processes to streamline our project launches.
  • Assessing skills of team members.
  • Mentoring team members and fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams where applicable.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and incorporating them into projects and team processes.
  • Driving the design aesthetic of our projects to ensure we are always improving and able to present our clients with the latest design trends.

    • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have strong leadership qualities and experience managing a Web Design Team or hold a Senior Design role for 2+ years.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Expert knowledge of responsive, modern UI, and typography design.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strict attention to detail and prioritization capabilities.
  • Strong mastery of the English language is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with high value clients
  • Strong PC and system navigation skills, specifically in a Windows-based environment
