Description

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Production Supervisor in the Tillsonburg area. The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. This is a Permanent Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the production teams activities
Monitor production processes to achieve production goals
Train, mentor and motivate employees to meet performance objectives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to optimize production processes
Implement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
Facilitate positive employee relations and work environment for employees through coaching and development
Promote and maintain world class 5S
Responsible for supporting and following EHS requirements
Work in conjunction with Human Resources to carry out supervisory duties in accordance with Union Collective Agreement
Must be able to be flexible and work different shifts if needed to cover for vacations of fellow supervisors and overtime if needed Qualifications:
College Diploma or minimum 3 years experience in superisory role
Must be familiar with IATF and ISO standards, principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience working in a union environment is an asset Compensation and Benefits:
$65,000 - $75,000 based on experience
