The Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG), Canada's leading, innovative and client-focused law firm, is seeking an:
Associate - Disputes (Environmental Law)

BLG's National Environmental practice group is home to many of Canada's most highly recognized environmental and regulatory lawyers.

Housed within Canada's largest law firm, this specialized Toronto group represents many of Ontario's municipalities as well as significant public institutions and private corporations.

We are looking for

Providing risk management strategies to public and private sector clients
Representing clients in complex environmental claims
Advising clients on environmental and product compliance
Defending against regulator prosecutions and orders
Advising on environmental due diligence
Appearing before all Ontario courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Land Tribunal on environmental matters.
