Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell company products, including jewelry items, to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's product offerings and industry trends
  • Create and maintain a customer database to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Participate in product training sessions and stay uptodate with industry trends
  • Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the jewelry industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of current market trends in the jewelry industry
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Education and Experience:


  • Secondary (high) school graduation is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the jewelry industry
  • Familiarity with gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil language

Terms of Employment

  • This position will be a full time permanent position (40 hours/week).

Language of work

  • English and Tamil is preferred

Wage

  • The compensation will be $26 to $27, based on market and level of experience
  • Upto 10% Bonus will be paid based on performance
