Responsible for participating in and
providing quotes for the end-to-end process of customs clearance, container
pickup and delivery, warehousing, and dispatch related to FBA operations.

Train, supervise and work alongside fellow
freight coordinators, proactively reviewing and suggesting improvements.

Handling full set of Ocean Import operation documents,
including data entry, booking follow-up
-
Monitor the department's performance, and prepare reports for senior
management.
-
Plan, organize, control and evaluate daily Operations.
-
Quoting and coordinating shipments of all modes of transport (Ocean, Courier and Intermodal Service).

Office administration such as invoicing, expensing and organizing/planning set of payments.
-
Customer Service responsibilities include maintaining
communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and company offices
throughout the process.

Requirements:

-
At least two year's logistics/freight forwarding experience
-
At least one year of Amazon or FBA-related work experience Required
-
CCS or CSCP certificate as an asset
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multitask
-
Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-
Mandarin and English fluency
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-
Willing and eager to learn
-
Ability to work within a team environment
-
Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$21.00-$25.00 per hour
