- Provide guidance and direction to internal staff for efficient departmental collaboration.
- Recommend and participate in product training initiatives.
- Drive sales growth by coaching and motivating sales and support teams.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction meets Branch Operational Scorecard standards.
- Assist in Warehouse and facility planning.
- Build strong vendor relationships and contribute to strategic planning.
- Cultivate key customer relationships through outside sales efforts.
- Forecast sales for the fiscal year and monitor progress.
- Lead weekly sales meetings.
- Represent the Company in the local and industry community.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
- Participate actively in health and safety management systems.
- Identify, control, and report workplace hazards.
- Report workplace injuries promptly.
- Be physically capable of all required tasks.
- College/University Diploma required (Business, Sales & Marketing, or Technical focus preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a Sales/Distribution setting. Previous Management experience essential.

Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity awaits to join us as a Branch Manager. You will oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborating with the Operations Manager/Director of Sales and department heads to make informed recommendations. Monitoring daily performance metrics to achieve branch objectives. Playing a key role in setting and achieving branch goals. Developing a skilled team and building strong customer relationships. Managing the performance and well-being of all direct reports through training and fostering a safe work environment.
