Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and providing guidance to our team of healthcare professionals.
This is a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with industry standards.Education:
- Master's degree in an appropriately regulated health profession (e.g., Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education) preferred
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other clinical staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless operations
Experience
- Two+ years experience in the field of ABAbased and autism intervention an asset
- Experience with supervisory and staff training initiatives is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting
- Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Speech and language collaboration with other clinical core specialists
- Flexibility to relocate as needed
- Providing inhome support services
- Clientele recommendations for Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding
Salary:
$75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
