- You have successfully completed your Journeyperson Automotive Red Seal with experience in front-end brakes and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.
- You're skilled at inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair on a wide variety of vehicles.
- You've had some experience teaching/ training Automotive Service Technician Apprentices.
- You can assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities with the Sales team.
- You have a valid driver's license.
- You're active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50lb as needed.
- You're safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safety protocols.
