    Senior Change Management Consultant (Nova Scotia based preferred)

    We lead with a creative mindset and a collaborative approach. To support our growth, we are searching for an exceptional Senior Change Manager to join us.

    As part of a growing and well respected team, you'll work with clients in the public, healthcare, and private sectors.

    You'll collaborate with a seasoned team of professionals with backgrounds in project management, change management, service design, risk management and technology, and 'lived' experience, who have your back and value your contributions.

    As a Mara Senior Change Manager, you'll bring a broad set of skills, knowledge and experience in change management and related areas like leadership, risk management and stakeholder management.

    You will deliver change plans, communication & training strategies, risk assessments and reporting mechanisms that provide meaningful guidance to clients as they introduce new technologies and business solutions.

    You'll have exceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate and apply appropriate change management methodologies clearly, in a way that adds value to our clients.

    As a self-starter who is detail-oriented and flexible, you will take on various types of projects based on the priorities of the firm and our clients.

    A bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science or related discipline.

    • More than 7 years of relevant experience in a Change Management role.
