    Responsibilities

    • Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and assigning technical tasks
    • Designing scalable solutions using .Net Framework ASP.NET, SQL Server, and other frameworks
    • Identifying and resolving system deficiencies and troubleshooting issues
    • Contributing to project planning, management, and status reporting
    • Collaborating with team members for code reviews and knowledge sharing
    • Engaging with clients to understand requirements and demonstrate solutions
    • Establishing coding best practices and mentoring junior developers

    Education/Experience

    • Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly C# for web and client development
    • Proficiency in Angular or React for front-end development
    • Hands-on experience with Azure platform and cloud services
    • Strong knowledge of SQL databases and SQL Server
    • Familiarity with various architecture models like n-tier, SOA, and Microservices
    • Full understanding of the development lifecycle and tools
    • Experience with build, packaging, and continuous integration tools
    • Proficiency in code versioning
    • Microsoft Certified Professional certifications preferred
    • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and quick adaptation to new concepts
    • Exceptional communication skills
