Are you interested in joining a groundbreaking team who's changing the game in renewables? We're looking for a confident Program Manager to drive our exciting Power Integrated Management System (IMS) initiatives.
We ensure safety and reliability through our Enbridge Management System Structure, which ensures that we can identify, understand, and efficiently handle hazards, risks, and maintain compliance.
This position will play an integral role in helping frame out, develop, and implement our wind and solar Power's Integrated Management System.

- Provide guidance and leadership to develop, integrate, implement and sustain the Power IMS, with periodic assessment of its overall effectiveness in meeting compliance requirements and reducing operational risk.
- Ensures management system is practical and effective and provide strategic advice for improvements.
- Facilitate the IMS Governance and Assurance activities including the quarterly Top Management Reviews, Management Program Reviews, Safety and Reliability verifications, and requirement gap assessments.
- Has insight into multiple areas of the company to provide a broad perspective and understanding of how the business works and the efforts taken or needed to reduce risk and continually improve.
- Work with assets and officers to ensure compliance, assurance, and governance to applicable laws. Extend the IMS structure and activities to our affiliates and jointventures as required.
- Responsible for prioritizing work to align with business and team objectives and priorities. Provides guidance on work approaches and completes quality checks on results.
- Networks across business units to find best practices, compare approaches, and influence enterprise standards.
- Represents Power on internal or Enterprise working groups, and in external associations like American Clean Power and Canadian Renewable Energy Association.
- Lead all changes and documentation for the Power Management System Structure. Complete applicable Management Of Change (MOC) as required.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or related field and / or 10 years of related experience. Experience and understanding of Safety Management Systems and the interpretation of management codes and standards.
- ISO 9001 quality systems and power / utility systems understanding is an asset.
- Ability to interpret impact to the company diverse regulatory and technical issues.
- Ability to clearly articulate strategic ideas and to build strategic plans to a wide audience.
- Ability to manage numerous projects or demands at once, under constant deadline pressure, and to organize and manage the workload for the team.
- Ability to motivate partners through flexibility, building relationships, and demonstrated leadership. Ability to negotiate and influence other areas to align timelines and work results.
