Do you enjoy supporting people? BIS Safety Software is a rapidly growing company that offers top-notch software solutions for the safety sector. We are on the lookout for a new team member who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. The role involves offering software support to users, training system administrators, and assisting resellers. You will be the initial point of contact for any technical issues. The position is remote and requires availability on weekends and evenings. Candidate must have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
The role includes providing exceptional technical support, responding to inquiries, testing software functionality, and offering training to users. Any experience in technical support for software providers and fluency in Spanish or French would be a plus.
