    Job Description:

As we expand our Water/Wastewater Sector in Canada, we are looking to augment our senior leadership team. Our Water/Wastewater Business Sector practice builds off our successful existing practice which is a multi-disciplinary profile related to all aspects of water and wastewater treatment. Parsons engages in the upfront design, contract management, and project management of infrastructure ranging from municipal pipelines, pumping stations, and reservoirs through complex treatment plant facilities. We are keen to further grow this practice and these capabilities in Canada.

The Water/Wastewater Sector Director will have a focus in geographies across Canada and will include the pursuit and execution of projects executed via traditional and alternative delivery models (e.g., design-build, progressive design-build, construction manager at risk, etc.). Much like our existing practice, there will be an emphasis on water/wastewater facilities projects (treatment plants, pump stations, etc). Among other responsibilities, this position will be responsible for identifying and hiring key personnel to expand our ability to successfully deliver projects across Canada. To that end, the position offers significant potential for professional growth as we aim to extend and diversify our Water/Wastewater capabilities across Canada.

Additionally, the candidate will have awareness and connection to key municipal owners/clients and their needs. The candidate is a proven leader who has strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills allowing them to build and maintain a strong team to deliver projects coast to coast.

This position will respond to Parsons' North American Water/Wastewater and PFAS Sector Manager and be client and industry facing, responsible for the identification, pursuit, and execution of new contracts across the Water Business Sector.

We offer the flexibility to develop a work-style balance via home versus office work. Parsons' extensive experience with municipal water/wastewater, combined with 15+ years of your relevant experience will propel our Water Business through your excellence in the consulting industry. We expect our managers to work in highly flexible, team-orientated environments and bring exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills.
