The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
  • Perform indepth analysis of existing business systems, processes, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Participate in the design, development, and/or implementation of systems that improve productivity and stability as per the associations objectives
  • Collaborate with all departmental teams to ensure successful implementation of all system enhancements or new solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, costbenefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact and benefits of proposed system changes.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business systems analysis.
  • Understanding CUI, crossbrowser compatibility, and general web functionality and standards
  • Collaborating with team members to determine the website's layout, content, and design
  • Collaborate and negotiate with thirdparty vendors as required
  • Support and configuration for cell phones (iOS/Android) and VoIP systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal staff
  • Maintain and administer IT assets for the association
  • Perform other IT Systems Admin & Support duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify effective solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, understand the overall goals of the team and actively seek to help achieve them.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work items with minimum direction.
  • Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
