The Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
- Perform indepth analysis of existing business systems, processes, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Participate in the design, development, and/or implementation of systems that improve productivity and stability as per the associations objectives
- Collaborate with all departmental teams to ensure successful implementation of all system enhancements or new solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, costbenefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact and benefits of proposed system changes.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business systems analysis.
- Understanding CUI, crossbrowser compatibility, and general web functionality and standards
- Collaborating with team members to determine the website's layout, content, and design
- Collaborate and negotiate with thirdparty vendors as required
- Support and configuration for cell phones (iOS/Android) and VoIP systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal staff
- Maintain and administer IT assets for the association
- Perform other IT Systems Admin & Support duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify effective solutions to complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Be flexible and adaptable, understand the overall goals of the team and actively seek to help achieve them.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work items with minimum direction.
- Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
