    Job Description:

OVERVIEW OF ROLE


As a member of the Credit Union and Insurance Prudential Team (CU&IP), you will coordinate administrative services and support while developing, implementing and maintaining office administration procedures, systems and practices to support business delivery across all CU&IP departments.


Additional duties will include:

  • Providing and coordinating administration services and support to CU&IP through all phases of various projects and priorities.
  • Supporting critical change and a collaborative, forward thinking culture within the team.
  • Promoting and supporting the implementation of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining appointment calendars for the CU&IP Management Team and providing logĂ­stical and dayof support for internal/external meetings.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining various office administrative procedures, systems and practices to support initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Developing and maintaining a variety of file, database management, and related administrative systems to log, track, and report on various CU&IP items.
  • Facilitating communication between CU&IP and primary contacts across FSRA and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with budget processes and other key corporate processes while ensuring compliance with FSRA policies, directives and guidelines.

Qualifications:


Specialized Knowledge and Experience- Demonstrated knowledge of administrative principles, methods, systems and office procedures to coordinate administrative support services.- Proven experience to establish and administer administrative processes and systems and to coordinate/track processes.


Skills:


  • Proven reasoning, organizational and administrative skills to determine priorities when performing a variety of administrative tasks with conflicting deadlines.
  • Proven computer skills in word processing, database management, presentation development, calendar management and Internet/Intranet to prepare a range of documents and to administer database and tracking systems.
  • Proven communication skills to respond to inquiries and exchange information with internal and external contacts.
  • Proven written communication skills to prepare correspondence and administrative reports.
