We are seeking an experienced "

Technical Trainer" to design and develop technical training materials to be used in self-paced, live webinar, and instructor-led classroom training.

What You'll Do:

Collaborates with members of the training team and product experts in designing, developing, and maintaining technical courses
Host onboarding for employees including softskills and technical training
Creates learning content such as videos, interactive eLearning modules, presentations, demos, simulations, activities and assessments to be used in technical trainings
Develops training components that provide engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences
Posts learning content to the company learning platform following outlined procedures
Completes other learning and development related tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a technical training role
Proven experience with designing, developing, and hosting technical training
Proven knowledge of instructional design, training development, and adult learning theory
Seeks challenges and takes ownerships, selfstarter
Goal and metric driven
Continuously seeks to learn new skills
