Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Channel Manager to spearhead their sales initiatives; their growing pump portfolio represents the leading edge of technology and innovation in areas such as flow volume, pump life, ease of repair and leak resistance.


Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing comprehensive sales plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.

This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our dealership network, end-users, and internal stakeholders, driving revenue growth and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:


Leadership:


  • Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to achieve corporate goals.
  • Utilize EOS Tools for enhanced accountability and performance tracking.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a highperforming sales team.
  • Foster effective communication across departments and with external partners.

Dealership Network Management:

  • Strategize and execute sales plans to optimize dealership network performance.
  • Manage annual sales budget and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure a robust sales pipeline and exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

End User Sales Management:

  • Drive enduser sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement across all sales touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Provide support and assistance in marketing initiatives as needed.

Administration:

  • Oversee OMS Process Management to optimize sales processes.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and sales system development.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting.

Required Skills, Education & Competencies:


  • Proven track record in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and integrity.
  • Ability to drive results and foster employee growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Physical Demands / Working Conditions:
  • Frequent travel required.
  • Valid driver's license essential.

Education/Experience:


  • Business degree/diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, with demonstrated success in leadership roles.
  • Background in industrial or mechanical industries advantageous.

Additional Details:


  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 $105,000 + Commission (On Target 30% of Salary) Uncapped.
