- Selection and appraisal
- Carrying out small preservation related tasks (e.g. removing pins, replacing paperclips etc.)
- Re-housing records in archival enclosures
- Creating file level descriptions within the Archives InMagic/DB Text database
The successful candidate will also possess experience with data entry, an understanding of the principles of archival arrangement and description, an understanding of the principles of archival appraisal, and will have knowledge of routine office software including Outlook and Excel.
The successful candidate is required to provide an acceptable Police Information Check and a copy of their credentials.

Hours of Work:
21-35 hours per week (hours and days of work may vary).
Starting Rate of Pay:
$23.60 per hour plus 4% in lieu of benefits
