YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the administration of Salesforce including fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and security.
  • Configuring and maintaining custom objects, record types, fields, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, flows, and processes.
  • Extending and maintaining user access controls including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Responding to user requests (helpdesk and other) regarding Salesforce, Sales Process, and other technologies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reviewing requests and troubleshooting issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution.
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to inform and recommend system improvements.
  • Ensuring that the data in the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes setting up data validation rules and running data cleaning processes.
  • Working with crossfunctional stakeholders to provide support and training.
  • Documenting system configuration and administrative processes.
  • Assisting with special projects, such as data analysis and other duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Comfortable communicating your work with all team members, distilling complex details into easytounderstand terms.
  • A processoriented individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to effectively prioritize workload with good resilience for ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and near expertlevel understanding of Salesforce Data Model for "Core Objects".
  • Proven record of completing tasks and projects ontime.
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Technically savvy, capable of troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues and platforms.
  • Critical thinker, with a proactive mindset, solid organization, and communication skills.
  • Adaptable, capable of managing multiple parallel activities and shifting priorities as the business requires.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • CS Degree, Business degree, or equivalent training/experience.
  • 3+ years of handson experience in Salesforce Administrator role as well as at least 1 year designing and implementing Consumer Goods Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required, other Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
  • Facilitating data management using ETL tools.
  • Executing Salesforce customization and automation.
  • Experience working within the cannabis or CPG industry is an asset.
