    As a Director, Field Sales for Enablon, your role involves overseeing commercial activities in North America for the Enablon organization. You will be responsible for revenue strategy, business planning, and budget development, with a strong focus on revenue generation. You will also be tasked with creating growth and resource scaling plans, as well as managing a team based in the U.S and Canada. Reporting to the Global VP of Sales at Corporate Performance & ESG Enablon.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides leadership to senior managers, managers, and high-level professionals aligned with organizational goals
    • Sets organizational goals and divisional plans in accordance with divisional strategy
    • Interprets policy changes
    • Delivers results within a division or region that significantly impacts the organization
    • Participates in company meetings, conferences, events, and client visits

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferred
    • Minimum Experience:

      • 10+ years of B2B outside/field sales experience focusing on complex Enterprise software/SaaS solutions and services
      • 5+ years of sales management experience
      • Proficiency in business planning, budget development, and revenue generation
      • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
      • Track record of transforming business functions and building high-performing sales teams
      • Experience in CRM development and utilization

      Preferred Experience:

      • Experience in sales or sales leadership within key vertical markets (Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Mining & Metals, Utility)
      • Expertise in EHS or ORM software sales

      Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:

      • Leadership skills, Subject Matter Expertise, Coaching, Performance Management, Field Sales Techniques, Advanced Business Consulting, Change Management capabilities
      • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build trust in a matrixed environment with multiple channels
