    Looking for a new job that can help you enhance your customer service skills and learn new ones simultaneously? Do you love interacting with different people and assisting them? We seek skilled and enthusiastic customer service representatives who can work from home and provide outstanding support to our members.


    As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding various international insurance products and services.

    6-month contract, with a high possibility of extension or permanent hire

    Work availability:
    Monday to Sunday, 8-hour work shift- 24/7 hr open flexibility
    Schedules given in advance, full-time employment

    Location:
    work from home - remote

    Responsibilities
    As a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

    • Bilingual (English/French)
    • Taking inbound customer service inquiries regarding medical insurance policies
    • Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and some email
    • Create a warm and pleasant experience for clients
    • Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs
    • Capturing call/email details into a casetracking system
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
    • Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer service or call centre is required
    • Strong problemsolving skills
    • Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers
    • Fulltime and flexible availability
    • Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable)
    - (nice to have) medical insurance background
