JOB DESCRIPTION:
CARSTAR Canada is in need of a Client Relations Advisor to join their expanding Contact Centre team in Hamilton, Ontario. As a Client Relations Advisor at CARSTAR , you will handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking accident assistance, appointment scheduling for estimates and repairs, and general inquiries. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in an office setting with full-time hours.
CARSTAR is the largest franchise network of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities in North America, with over 700 locations spanning 35 states and 10 Canadian provinces. As a part of the Driven Brands family, CARSTAR delivers top-notch vehicle repairs at a national level, ensuring consistent outcomes and the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry. Carrying forward its commitment to community support, CARSTAR has raised over $4 million for cystic fibrosis research, care, and advocacy across North America.
CARSTAR is looking for individuals available to work 30 hours per week. While open availability is preferred, it is not mandatory. The starting wage for this position is $18.20 per hour.
Call Centre Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday: 8am-9pm;
- Saturday and Sunday: 8am-4pm

Currently, this role is remote (work from home) and will transition to working at the Hamilton office once public health recommendations allow.
