- Monday to Friday:
- Valid Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid / CPR certificate
- Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to complete daily logs and write detailed reports
- Basic computer skills
- Must have your own transportation to and from work location
- Managing all inbound and outbound logs manually and digitally of production delivers onsite
- Coordinating C-TPAT inspections and directing inbound carriers to designated locations
- Assigning high security seals for international trailers and managing inventory of seals
- Sorting and organizing outbound paperwork and updating trailer readiness as outbound paperwork is printed to trailer control office
- Communicating with production teams when paperwork is not available for trailers in outbound yard
- Monitoring security cameras to ensure trailers are in the appropriate areas
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and reporting any equipment not functioning as required; computers, cameras, gate operation, etc.
