About the Role
What You'll Do- Assist the legal team at our downtown Toronto office location with physical file management of highly confidential legal documents, including photocopying and ensuring consistency of naming conventions- Utilize iManage file management system to digitize physical files for the team to easily access- Support the legal team in preparing for its move to a new office space in the fall- Job shadow various legal meetings and proceedings such as arbitrations- Other tasks as assigned
What You Bring- 6-week Internship, July - August- Ability to work in-office 5 days' per week, some flexibility to work remote occasionally- Working towards high school diploma- Strong oral and written communication skills- Strong time management and organizational skills- Sound judgment and initiative, including ability to work with confidential information- Interest in learning about the legal field
