Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a painter in a professional setting
Proficient in various painting techniques including brushwork, rolling, and spraying
Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and finishes
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications for painting projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Skills:

Experience working with rigging equipment for painting hardtoreach areas
Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and address any concerns or questions
Proficient in caulking and sealing gaps to ensure a smooth finish
Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications for painting projects
Knowledge of restoration techniques for older buildings or surfaces
Capable of building or repairing structures as needed (e.g., carpentry work)
Experience with commercial painting projects is a plus
