The Role of Customer Development Manager:

The Customer Development Manager is responsible for the continuous development, growth, and fostering of long-term partnerships with all customer types, serving as the primary contract for the decision makers.

In this role, the lead and implementation of the sales process, along with strategic and custom solution-based program planning will be the key focus areas and responsibility.

We are looking for motivated customer oriented individuals who will;

Understand and articulate Swish's Value Proposition to customers, providing solutions to grow profitable sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
Maximize revenue for designated account packages by growing sales within existing accounts, expanding customer contacts, identifying and developing new

opportunities at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations.

Understand customer needs and objectives and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs.
Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales.
Achieve overall gross margin profits sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to assist with forecasting.
Responsible for indepth product knowledge of all Swish lines of business, including I&L (Industrial & Laundry), Equipment, and Chemical, in order to

provide the customer with effective solutions.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
