Job Summary:


How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and complaints to company policies.


As a Order Desk Admin/Receptionist, you will:

  • Greet and handle visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Work with customers to collect payments on their accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
  • Process and allocate AP invoices and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Prepare shipping invoices.
  • Consolidate month end reports.
  • Process and submit weekly payroll.
  • Implement established security policies and procedures with regards to arriving and departing visitors, contractors, delivery people, etc.

About you:


  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of office technology/equipment
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
