- Address and resolve A/R and collection discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales representatives and team members to tackle credit-related issues
- Handle accounts receivable payment reconciliations and document progress
- Organize and maintain customer and A/R records
- Process credit notes for eligible customer accounts
- Manage daily cash sales applications and reconciliations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Background in Accounting/Business programs preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Office Administration
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective organizational abilities with multitasking skills
- Capability to maintain information confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills

We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk in Belleville, Ontario. If you're looking for a solid and lively company to be part of, then this might be the perfect fit for you!
Position Overview:
Join our team at our Belleville branch and work under the guidance of the Credit Manager. You'll be involved in various credit operations such as investigations, account updates, and report generation.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)
