We are seeking an Enterprise Project Lead to join our Project Management Center of Expertise Department. Under the general
direction of the Department Manager, you are responsible for the project management and administrative activities on assigned
strategic enterprise projects, including enterprise process improvement initiatives. The position involves engaging and directing
project participants to provide key deliverables and services and ensure timely completion of all project activities within scope,
budget, and schedule.
_ Responsibilities_
- Responsible for the overall program management of prioritized enterprise initiatives enabling the achievement of the corporate
- Engaging both internal and external project stakeholders through facilitated discussions to proactively manage project issues
participants across the enterprise.
- Establish, enhance, and maintain strategic relationships with members of ELT, Directors, and Managers to secure
- Implement the program/project according to the defined governance plan and process for the initiative facilitates its
- Regularly provide formal presentations to internal and external stakeholder groups to communicate progress updates and
- Lead working groups through all phases of projects and initiatives (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and

- Collaborate on the development of an organizational change management strategy with the Change Enablement Practitioner
- Participate in departmental and divisional committees that relate to business planning.

_ Qualifications_
- Degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of fiveyears of related experience in project or contract management.
- A diploma from an institute of recognized standing plus a minimum of sevenyears of related experience in project or contract
