What You'll Be Doing:

Build out compelling, datadriven customer journeys across all the different channels.
Optimize the user funnel and improve the communication and user flows at each touchpoint.
Conduct constant A/B testing and manage Nutaku's communication calendar.
Come up with new engaging and creative campaigns, messages, and promotions.
Optimize performance through analyzing key KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Monthly and Annual reporting of the different campaigns and initiatives.

What You'll need to be successful:

Minimum 3 years related work experience, managing E-Mail marketing and CRM campaigns.
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in English with strong written and communication skills.
Strong understanding of CRM, Customer lifecycle management, and Customer Lifetime Value.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment with multitasking capability and prioritization skills.
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
High attention detail, ensuring campaigns are properly configured so only the right audiences receive the right information.
Qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.
