Description
Manage client relationships on legacy projects

  • Proactively reach out to all past clients / partners
  • Be knowledgeable about the past projects to meaningfully engage the client and ask questions
  • Find out what's working well and what's not
  • Get feedback on how visitors are interacting with our exhibits
  • Find out if there are new services or offerings that we can help them out with
  • Be prepared to share trends or ideas if engaged by client on this topic
  • Drive revenue through upsell opportunities
  • Focus on longterm proactive solutions beyond shortterm fixes
  • Lead support, which includes
  • Communicate with the client on what the issue is, status of fix, etc.
  • Create an internal support ticket
  • Relay issues to tech team and working with them to create a support plan
  • Resource team and oversee support plan
  • Lead change order requests after project completion, which includes
  • Communicate with the client on what updates/changes they would like
  • Create a change order ticket
  • Create an estimate
  • Create a schedule and resourcing plan for change order
  • Lead the change order updates, including managing the schedule and budget, and leading the internal team.

Qualifications

  • Technical project management skills
  • Soft skills to engage with clients and partners
  • Awareness of visitor experience trends
  • Technical knowledge of hardware and basic troubleshooting
  • Entrepreneurial perspective to drive new revenue
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail

Nice to Haves

  • Sales or customer support experience
  • Knowledge of software development pipelines and interactive media technologies
  • Experience working with international clientele
  • Estimation for a technical field
