    Schedule Details

  • Monday - Sunday Availability
  • 3:30 am - 11:30 am shift

    • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Usingmanual and electrical processing machines.
  • Frying Donuts
  • Followingrecipes and/or product directions.
  • Mixingingredients for cakes, squares, danishes, muffins, and additional items.
  • Makingand using fondant, icing, and various fillings.
  • Decoratingcakes, and pastries.
  • Followingthe production schedule set out by management.
  • Usingconvection ovens in a safe manner.
  • Interactingwith customers in a friendly manner.
  • Cleaningand sanitizing the work area.
  • RepresentingICS both in and out of the store.
  • Adhering to allfood safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safetypolicies, and other programs and initiatives.
  • Other duties asrequired.

    • Qualifications

    Education

  • Highschool diploma or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.
  • Enrolledin or have an interest in the Baking ApprenticeshipProgram.

    • Experience

  • Culinary or food industry Experience

    • Skills and Abilities

  • Excellentlistening skills and communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Abilityto work under pressure while always maintaining a professional image.
  • Canwork independently with little direct supervision.
  • Havea well-balanced concern for both tasks and people.
  • Abilityto delegate duties and responsibilities.
  • Havea genuine concern for the needs of customers.

    • Working Conditions

  • Requiredto work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends,and holidays.
  • Requiredat times to work with challenging customers and/or situations.
  • Exposedto hot, cold, and dusty environments.
  • Regularexposure to flour and other baking ingredients, including nuts.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Longperiods of standing and walking.
  • Frequentmotions include bending, twisting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Includesmanual and repetitive tasks.
  • Onoccasion, you may be required to lift up to 22.5 kg (50 lbs.)
