    Moffatt & Nichol is searching for Junior Level Electrical Engineers

    Moffatt & Nichol is searching for Junior Level Electrical Engineers to join our Long Beach, CA, Tampa, FL, Savannah, GA, Norfolk, VA, Walnut Creek, CA, Oakland, CA or Vancouver, Canada offices.

    The successful new hire will assist in the planning, design, and plan production for general electrical engineering on a wide variety of projects which may include lighting, power, and grounding plans, one-line diagrams, panel and cable schedules, and different project specifications.

    Assist in the completion of electrical designs to support firm-wide projects by working with Project Managers (any discipline) and electrical teammates
    Assist project managers by providing design calculations, design drawings, and project specifications for the following but not limited to:

    Electrical equipment design (including switchboards and switchgear)
    Assist with the electrical designs of multidiscipline projects
    # Assist with the evaluation of project scopes
    # Assist in companywide Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's Degree Preferred
    Electrical equipment design (including switchboards and switchgear)
    Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is required

    Moffatt & Nichol uses E-Verify and employment is contingent upon the legal ability to obtain employment in the U.70 per hour based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in the job description.

    Ability to use standard office equipment.
