Today we deliver a wide variety of ShelterSolutions to customers in virtually every industry, in a variety of climates, anywhere in the world.

We are looking to add a
Foreman/Lead Hand to our team.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Foreman/Lead Hand will be responsible for leading an assigned installation crew through the erection of steel trusses of our ShelterSolution as well as the installation of the appropriate cladding, which may either be steel or a fabric membrane.

This position involves extensive travel to construction sites within Canada, for periods of up to three weeks at a time.

Excellent communication and the ability to lead a team will be integral to success in this role.

This position is responsible for participating in and supervising the installation of our ShelterSolutions from laying pre-cast concrete foundations to assembling and erecting pre-fabricated metal structures all the way to installing the appropriate fabric cover.
