Job Description:


In this role, you will have an influential share in the strategic development and implementation of our Global Performance Management Framework, Career Development initiatives, as well as leading the charge in the Talent Mobility space.


Partnering with our very own Vialto mobility experts, the Performance Management and Talent Mobility Manager provides oversight for our mobility program - including our Talent Marketplace - where we facilitate the movement of our people - physically and virtually - around the world.

You will be crucial to be part of the forward thinking to enable Vialto Partners to anticipate and respond to future business needs and their impact on talent as a resource.

Specifically, this role will

  • Clear ownership of the development and implementation of global concepts regarding Performance Management and Talent Review & Analytics
  • Define clear and transparent career paths and develop journeys for different target groups in close alignment with business stakeholders
  • Implement tools to enable employeedriven career planning leveraging technology trends (e.g., career pathing, selfassessment tools)
  • Build, embed and maintain a holistic and integrated talent development experience through flexible and innovative approaches to growing careers
  • Develop and execute all performance management processes
  • Consult on targeted learning and development paths as well as upskilling measures in close cooperation with Learning & Development experts
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the business, HRBP and HR Strategy Team.
  • Lead with empathy, clarity and passion while you make people development and team effectiveness one of your key priorities
  • Work with our internal mobility experts, business leaders and HR leads to define Vialto's strategy and approach to mobility and development of talent across the network (right time, right cost, right place)
  • Endtoend oversight of the global mobility process including working with our internal mobility experts to deliver an exceptional employee experience and driving compliance with corporate/individual tax, immigration, legal, security and other risks associated with international mobility.
  • Ensure diversity, equity and inclusion strategy is embedded within all Global Mobility processes & policies and Talent Marketplace
  • Partner with the HR and business leaders to embed the mobility value proposition (including Talent Marketplace) in our business strategy and to provide mobility expertise (e.g. defining mobility priorities and plans/ structure of client mobility plans and needs)
  • Develop and lead mobility and Talent Marketplace projects to enhance the employee experience
  • Analyze data and build interventions aligned to the strategy. Contribute to business budgeting processes around mobility
  • Deliver real time analysis of results, qualitative and quantitative, to leadership
  • Build strong relationships with key business and HR stakeholders to ensure successful assignment structuring, careful management of onassignment matters as well as repatriation support for both physical and virtual moves

Qualifications:


  • Experienced Manager with experience in large strategic projects in innovative and agile global organizations.
  • Either previous experience setting up Performance and Talent Management strategy and frameworks and managing large scale change and/or at least 4 years of which focused on Global Mobility in a fast paced and innovative global environment
  • Talent Marketplace experience strongly preferred
  • Extensive change management and stakeholder management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant postsecondary education
  • Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Success in influencing and providing counsel to executives and in setting and managing expectations as appropriate.
  • Proficient in using technology, especially workday and google suite
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast paced, highly demanding, team environment.
  • Ability and experience to prioritize work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands.
  • An ability and desire to create efficiencies.
  • An analytical and critical mindset to implement and execute to see the strategy to completion.
  • Strong business acumen combined with problemsolving skills
