    Description

    What you'll do

    The Digital Publishing Specialist plays a key role in ensuring digital products are introduced and maintained online through a seamless data integration workflow. This role leads product data management and data integrity by working with and maintaining complex system platforms and providing pivotal reporting for large data sets.

    • NPI (New Product Introductions) - Publishing in Hybris
    • Creating Projects in Wrike and Assigning Product Loads to Product Content Team
    • Reporting - Product Load Tracker, Site Health, Monthly Scorecards, Stop Sale Tracker, Hybris Extracts
    • Providing subject matter expertise to cross functional partners (Merch, Site Merch, Product Content team)
    • Stop Sales/De-Activations
    • Promo Deal File Uploads
    • Liaise with IT when required on project work and functional enhancements.

    What you bring

    • 1-2 years in a digital environment
    • A university degree, or experience that is equivalent
    • Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and research skills
    • Business knowledge around e-merchandising principles and processes
    • Team player with the ability to manage relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
    • Organizational, attention to detail and problem solving skills are a must
    • Excellent time management and project management skills
