- Executes business development strategies to secure new business through outbound calls and branch referrals.
- Expands BMO's business by initiating contact, scheduling appointments, and establishing new relationships within the community.
- Spots opportunities during customer interactions to generate referrals for personal and commercial banking products.
- Assists in achieving sales and performance targets.
- Designs and implements a personalized relationship management plan to meet client needs.
- Responds to customer investment requests and refers them to appropriate partners.
- Develops and proposes solutions aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Delivers efficient and accurate service within set timelines.
- Introduces clients to investment strategies and assists in setting financial goals using appropriate tools.
- Probes to understand customer banking and investment requirements, incorporating marketing promotions into discussions.
- Contributes to enhancing overall business results and customer experience.
- Keeps up-to-date with personal investment products, practices, and trends to integrate into customer interactions.
- May work across multiple branches and channels to ensure a positive customer experience and meet business goals.
- Establishes effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Adheres to regulatory, legal, and ethical standards to protect the Bank's assets.
- Uses creativity to suggest innovative solutions and applies judgment to solve problems within guidelines.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: CFP designation or similar certifications.
- Advanced knowledge of the financial industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

Identifies client needs and offers solutions through the sale of managed products and services (e.g. mutual funds, retirement savings plans, etc.), as well as through referrals to business partners.

Salary: $44, $82,500.00
Pay Type: Salaried & Commission
