Summary:


The Channel Execution team plays an essential role in supporting the Retail Sales Channels to meet their objectives by delivering programs and support elements with execution excellence.

Our team works with various Household groups from Mobility and Residential Services across all BCE brands (Bell, Virgin Plus and Lucky) to support flawless execution into our retail stores.


The Retail Channel Execution team is seeking a passionate, detailed, organized and driven team member to support our National Retail channels (Staples).

This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Channel Execution (Staples) and is ideal for an individual looking to work in a very dynamic, challenging and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work crossfunctionally with Sales, Pricing, Sales Enablement, Channel Communication and Training teams to successfully execute
  • Represent the channel for all cross functional projects including Product Launches, System Updates and Policy changes to ensure our accounts' needs are satisfied
  • Develop and communicate taketochannel plans and strategies for products and services.
  • Track and analyze competitive data and reports to provide recommendations that drive growth and performance improvements.
  • Interface with sales enablement team and pricing partners to review upcoming pricing changes, offers and strategies.
  • Prepare sales positioning statements and job aids for sales representatives.
  • Develop communication plans and post mortems.
  • Stay up to date on competitive changes.
  • Positive attitude and able to comfortably operate in an everevolving & changing environment.

Critical Qualifications:


  • Post secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Channel execution experience and/or retail sales experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Strong ability to work on a number of deliverables concurrently
  • Flexible to work extended hours when required (to support Retail business hours)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team focus, with ability to lead and work within immediate, extended and multidisciplinary teams
