Description

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our team and projects.

Reporting to our Head of Product Engineering, you will work collaboratively with developers, software architects, product strategists, and learning specialists to make our project work easier to use.


Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an indepth understanding of the project work and the documentation requirements
  • Produce highquality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write easytounderstand user interface text, online help and developer guides
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and singlesourcing opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Ability to deliver highquality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
  • Experience with Docusaurus and documentation platforms is a strong asset
