As our newest you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This position is a full-time, permanent position working up to 30-40 hours per week Monday to Saturday. What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients both in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Administering pre-testing services
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
