- Manage the Accounts Payable process: Management of AP Automation for invoice processing Monitor status of invoices in approval process Cheque and EFT preparation Monthly AP Reconciliations and notes Supplier statement reconciliations and vendor follow-up
- Support external auditors.
- Other duties as required.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration.
- Experienced user in MS Office tools and interested in learning other applications.
- Experience with JD Edwards will be considered an asset.
- A successful candidate would demonstrate a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and able to manage their time based on priorities and deadlines.
- Be able to work independently and take full ownership of activities.
- Operate as a team player who collaborates with others to promote understanding and provide necessary support.
