Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar products and services directly to consumers using a door-to-door sales approach.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced industry and make a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers in designated neighborhoods to introduce them to our solar products and services.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy needs.
Conduct inhome consultations and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar solutions.
Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets within designated territories.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in direct sales or customerfacing roles preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goaloriented with a drive to succeed.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
