Position: Controls EngineerLocation: North Bay, ONSalary: $75,000 - $85,000Industry: Manufacturing/ Control Systems/ Automation/ P. EngEmployment Term: Full Time/ Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement programs and system design solutions ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Ensure solutions are implemented accurately and within budget.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of control systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and training to operating teams for effective utilization of control systems.
Participate in the planning and execution of control system upgrades and expansions to meet the evolving needs of the operations.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all processes.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Post Secondary degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
2-5 years of experience in Control Systems Engineering environment.
P. Eng License required.
Proficiency and hands-on experience in automation and control systems.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control system hardware.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel outside Canada without restrictions.
