    Description
    IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitment & Search Firm specializing in identifying, & sourcing top performers for our clientele. Position: Controls EngineerLocation: North Bay, ONSalary: $75,000 - $85,000Industry: Manufacturing/ Control Systems/ Automation/ P. EngEmployment Term: Full Time/ Permanent Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement programs and system design solutions ensuring efficiency and reliability
    • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity
    • Ensure solutions are implemented accurately and within budget
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of control systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
    • Provide technical support and training to operating teams for effective utilization of control systems
    • Participate in the planning and execution of control system upgrades and expansions to meet the evolving needs of the operations
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of all processes
    • Other tasks as assigned
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Post Secondary degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
    • 2 - 5 years of experience in Control Systems Engineering environment
    • P. Eng License required
    • Proficiency and hands-on experience in automation and control systems
    • Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control system hardware
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel outside Canada without restrictions
