    What to expect

    As a member of our sales team, the Software Account Executive generates multiple revenue streams by identifying customer needs and offering solutions from Broadsign's diverse line of products. You will be responsible for business development and strategic relationship management of key stakeholders within NA. Specifically, you will prospect new business within your territory, lead product demonstrations, and develop relationships with key accounts to negotiate profitable business terms. Essentially, you'll want to teach and guide your clients throughout the entire sales process to provide them with the best solutions possible

    What you need to perform in this job

    • Experience in selling software solutions
    • Experience developing and managing strategic relationships with the organization's key stakeholders
    • The ability to be a team player and collaborate with Broadsign's internal stakeholders to deliver on client's needs
    • A unique ability to solve practical problems and think outside the box when dealing with unexpected situations; capacity to make decisions without much oversight
    • A university degree in business, technology, or a related field
    • Strong Leadership skills; you understand the value of teamwork
    • Strong understanding of the challenger sales methodology
    • Experience in sales and knowledge of the digital signage and DOOH advertising markets is an asset

    Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry

    En tant que membre de notre équipe des ventes, le directeur ou la directrice des ventes génère des sources de revenus multiples en déterminant les besoins de la clientèle et en offrant des solutions à partir de la gamme diversifiée de produits de Broadsign. La personne sélectionnée sera responsable de la prospection de clientèle et de la gestion des relations stratégiques avec les principaux partenaires en Amérique du Nord. Plus concrètement, vous chercherez de nouvelles occasions d'affaires sur votre territoire, ferez des démonstrations de produits et établirez des relations avec les responsables de comptes clés pour négocier des conditions commerciales rentables. Essentiellement, vous voudrez informer et guider les clients tout au long de leur processus d'achat afin de leur fournir les meilleures solutions possibles

    Ce que nous recherchons

    • Expérience dans la vente de solutions logicielles
    • Expérience en prospection de clientèle et en gestion de relations stratégiques avec les principaux partenaires d'une entreprise.
    • Vaste réseau de contacts d'affaires dans l'écosystème de la demande (agences et fournisseurs de services numériques) qui œuvrent dans la région désignée.
    • Solides aptitudes en matière de leadership avec la capacité de jouer en équipe et de collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes de Broadsign pour répondre aux besoins de la clientèle.
    • Aptitude unique à résoudre des problèmes pratiques en sortant des sentiers battus face à des situations imprévues; capacité à prendre des décisions sans trop de supervision.
    • Diplôme universitaire en administration, en technologie ou dans un domaine connexe.
    • Expérience en vente et connaissance dans les marchés de l'affichage numérique et de la publicité numérique extérieure (un atout).

    Ce que nous offrons

    • Régime d'assurance complet de l'entreprise (santé, dentaire, vue, voyage – 2 000 $ par an pour les soins paramédicaux) dès le premier jour (100 % payé par l'employeur).

    • Remboursement des frais de transport en commun pour se rendre au bureau.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les collègues, les clients et les partenaires (ou les fournisseurs) situés à l'extérieur du Québec, et de comprendre la documentation technique et scientifique disponible dans le domaine de notre industrie.
