Nous sommes à la recherche de « Développeur Salesforce » pour différents projets d'envergure. Développer des solutions sur la plateforme Salesforce, principalement dans les domaines Sales cloud, Service cloud et Communities . Notamment, mais pas exclusivement : workflows, process builder , triggers, batch jobs, lightning components, visual flows et intégrations à des applications tierces via API (web services - REST/JSON). Définir des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l'utilisation de Salesforce et répondre aux besoins des entreprises. Analyser les problèmes commerciaux complexes à résoudre avec le système Salesforce. Comprendre tous les aspects de la configuration et des capacités techniques/fonctionnelles de Salesforce. Communiquer régulièrement avec les Leaders en accélération digitale, l'équipe de solutions informatiques et les autres parties prenantes pour s'assurer que les fonctionnalités répondent aux besoins du terrain et pour développer un plan de projet continu. Examiner les exigences du projet et les spécifications de l'offre, recommander diverses solutions de conception et aider à la planification, à la mise en service et à la documentation de ces solutions. Soutenir, grâce à son expertise, les autres départements (publications techniques, documentation utilisateur, ingénierie de maintenance, formation, etc. Posséder un minimum de 5 années d'expérience en développement Salesforce Certification Salesforce en main DEC ou BAC en informatique ou équivalent Pour avoir du succès dans ce rôle, le bilinguisme (Français et Anglais) est nécessaire en raison de la nature des activités, nécessitant des interactions avec certains partenaires/clients locaux, nationaux et mondiaux.
