    • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
    • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
    • Estimate required ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
    • Ensure adherence to quality control standards in food and service
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
    • Maintain organized records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Supervise tray assembly
    • Oversee food trolley delivery
    • Set up work schedules efficiently
