    If you are looking for a job where you have significant responsibility, this is the one for you As a Casual Security Officer at University Campus, you will play a key role in keeping people safe in government buildings

    Position: Security Guard, University Campus

    Location: 10 Bay St, Hamilton

    Hourly Pay Rate: $18.05

    Schedule: Casual ; Various days, afternoons, nights , etc

    • What does a Security Guard in Burlington do?

  • Interior and exterior patrols
  • Access control, security escorts, CCTV Monitoring, response to calls for service
  • Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing from the garage levels.
  • Provide security presence via patrols of the parking levels.
  • Security shelter and washrooms on site.
  • Emergency assistance, first aid, or any other intervention
  • Detect, challenge, and relocate unwanted persons
  • Evacuating the building in case of emergency

    • Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Burlington

  • A valid security guard license and first aid card
  • Have a clear criminal background
  • Good communication skills
  • Report writing
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
